Adoption of Constitutional Amendment to 8.5.5. on 25th May 2022

Attached, the revised Constitution which includes the amendment adopted in May 2022.

This amendment is to section to 8.5.5 "In the event of the resignation of an elected member of the Executive Committee, the remaining members shall choose a replacement from among the voting members of the Association.  Where necessary the committee shall then elect a person to fill the position of Chairperson or Vice Chairperson.  If the Executive Committee is unable, despite its best efforts, to source a replacement for a member who resigns, the existing committee will remain quorate until the next election even though it has been unable to constitute a membership that complies strictly with the provisions of clause 8.2.1.
