Are you seeking an academically rigorous but practical postgraduate degree, suitable for part-time students and working professionals?

The MPhil CBE is a two-year, part-time, internationally recognized Masters degree. It will equip you to work in a wide range of heritage-based careers, or to pursue further study. We welcome applicants from a diverse range of professional and academic backgrounds, from architecture and planning to humanities, social sciences, and built environment practice. Courses are offered through a mix of online sessions and in-person blocks, designed to support professionals who work full time and who may not live in Cape Town.
